Deborah Nadine Hohweiler, 68, a devout Christian from Wichita, KS returned to God peacefully at her home with family on Thursday, May 29, 2025.

Debbie was born in Chickasha, OK in 1956 to Christian and Mary Hohweiler. She was the youngest of 4 children. She graduated from Derby High School of Derby, KS and was devoted to her career at Boeing where she retired after more than 20 years. After retiring, Deb, put herself through school and became a real estate agent for several years.

Debbie was a devoted Christian who cherished her Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ. She attended Central Community Church in Wichita and took solace in knowing the Lord was watching over her. She surrounded herself with the love of God and Family.

Debbie was full of life and adventure. She loved to travel with friends and family whenever she could. She absolutely adored her nieces and nephews as well as the rest of her family, they were so important to her. She was part of the Mag 7, which started as a group of 7 ladies who all spent time together shopping, hanging out, going to the lake, going on adventures, and leaning on one another. She also had other friends she enjoyed spending time with as well. Everywhere Debbie went she made friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Christian and Mary Hohweiler, who greeted her in Heaven, and is survived by James Crow (brother) of Temple, TX, Mark (brother) and Martha Pearcy of McPherson, KS, and Linda (sister) and Randy Crow of Wichita, KS. Her nephews Terry Gordon, Terry Crow, Kenny Pearcy, Kyle Pearcy, and Charles Riegel as well as her nieces Ellen Bowhay and Shannon Crow and many great-nieces and nephews. She is also survived by many friends and family, all who love her very much.

The service will be held Friday, June 6, 2025, at Baker Funeral Home, 6100 E. Central, Suite 203 Wichita, KS 67208 at 10:30 a.m. A graveside service will follow at noon at White Chapel Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 1806 N. Oliver St. Wichita, KS 67208.
