Dana Shel Kutilek 65, passed away peacefully at her home into the arms of our lord on Friday December 5th, 2025.  Dana was born in Wichita Kansas November 17th, 1960.  Dana met Joe Kutilek at Wichita Heights High School, as they were high school sweethearts.

In 1980 Dana Bibler married Joe Kutilek in Wichita Kansas, 45 years of marriage. They had two sons, Jesse Joe born in 1981, and Justin Evans born in 1983. Dana was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was received into heaven after a long fight with ovarian cancer.

Dana loved her church, gardening, traveling, cruising, and being with friends. Dana worked as a law firm legal assistant for many years before becoming general manager of Wichita Marble Company in the 90's, then in 2000 she became general manager of Peoples Construction Company.

Dana enjoyed family gatherings, she loved her family, two sons, and her dogs.

Preceded in death by her parents Dr. Dana K. Bibler D.D.S., and Carol Ann (Blocker) Bibler, Her in-law parents - Donald Kutilek and Bonnie Kutilek, Nephews Kody Kutilek, Rusty Goseland, and Steffen Blevins, Brother-in law Jeff Kutilek.

Survivors include her husband Joe, sons Jesse, and Justin, brother David Bibler (Tambra), and family, Sister Kim Jantz (Dwayne), and family, Aunt Mary Katherine Gustofson, and family, Aunt Sandra Gault, and family, sisters in law Jill Goseland, and Jan Watson (Dick), nieces Dawn Counter,  Merisa Leguillon, and Shante Harrellson, nephews, Jay Kutilek (Kim) Tony Baldassarre (Borey), and family, Andy Baldassarre (Marie), and family, and grandson Gavin Sparman.

Celebration of life service will be at Risen Savior Lutheran Church 6770 E. 34th St. N. Wichita, KS 67226 Friday Jan. 23rd at 10:30 a.m. Fellowship meal to follow at church at 11:30.  Any memorial contributions may be made to Risen Savior Lutheran Church.
