Obituary

Coral Jean Davis Radabaugh, 81, of Andover, Kansas, passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 21, 2025. Born on June 3, 1943, in Wichita, Kansas, Jean was the beloved daughter of Robert and Coral Davis.

She was a proud member of the first graduating class of Campus High School in Haysville in 1961. Her passion for music and faith led her to Friends University, where she earned her bachelor's degree while singing with the renowned "Singing Quakers." She later continued her education at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jean dedicated her life to ministry, faithfully serving the United Methodist Church until her retirement.

Beyond her devotion to the church, she found purpose in service to others, spending 28 years as an EMT and volunteering with the Civil Air Patrol. She also opened her home to foreign exchange students, embracing the opportunity to share love and culture with others. In her later years, she found joy and companionship in the community at Burgundy Place Senior Star in Tulsa.

On November 27, 1963, Jean married the love of her life, Rev. Arthur Radabaugh, her high school sweetheart. Together, they served in Methodist ministries throughout Oklahoma, creating a legacy of faith and compassion. Their marriage of 49 years was a testament to love and devotion until Arthur's passing in 2012. Jean was also preceded in death by her sons, Robert Ray Radabaugh and John Edward Radabaugh, as well as her parents, Robert and Coral Davis.

Jean's greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her son, Paul Radabaugh, and his wife, Jael, of Tulsa, along with their children. She is also survived by her daughter in law, Teri Radabaugh of Virginia; her sisters, Janice (Robert) Ivy, Joyce (Richard) Darrow, and Judy Wilson, all of Wichita, Kansas; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews who will forever cherish her memory.

A celebration of Jean's life will be held in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at a later date. Her unwavering faith, kindness, and service to others will continue to inspire all who knew and loved her.
