Christabel Elliott, 81, passed away Friday, February 9th surrounded by family. She was born July 27,1942 in Boston Massachusetts. She was the only child of Marjory and Luther Scheffy.

She grew up in Wichita Kansas and graduated from WSU with a masters degree. She would go on to have one child and a career at the VA in Oklahoma City which she retired from in 2018.

She is survived by her daughter Kristi Wilson of Wichita Kansas, and grandchildren, Wesley Wilson and Amy Wilson both of Wichita Kansas.
