Charles Edward "Buster" Spitzer was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on July 7, 1957 to Lilly (Powell) and Charles Edward Spitzer, Sr. and passed away September 18, 2023
in Wichita, KS.
Charles was employed in food service,
construction, and as a truck driver, over the years.
He was preceded in death by his parents
and two siblings and is survived by one sister, Sylvia, of Wichita, as well as his nieces, nephews, and their children.
