Cecilia Ann Telford, 66, of Wichita, KS, passed away Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025, at her home. She was born October 24th, 1958, in Emporia, KS, daughter of Cecil and Anise Gynell (Taylor) Berry.

Cecilia graduated from Wichita Heights High School in 1976. She attended a local trade school and earned her certification as a medical assistant.  This medical background, later, led her to medical office management what she dedicated over half of her career to. Still devoted to serving her community, Cecilia retired in May 2025 from Valley Center USD 262 Transportation department. Cecilia loved her "bus barn" family and making lifelong friends.

She married Bryan Telford on October 9th, 1993, he preceded in death in April 2017 and after 23 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by her father Cecil Berry.

Survivors include daughter, Ashlee Forrest of Kechi, KS; son, Austin Telford of Wichita, KS; brother, Jeffrey Berry (Kathleen) of Benton, KS; 5 grandchildren.

Memorial service will be on Monday July 21st, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Lifepoint Church in Valley Center, KS.
