Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, and Friend

Carole Jean (Testa) Scott, age 65 passed away with family at her side on June 11, 2024. She was born on September 26, 1956 to Mary Agnes (Streit) Testa and Joseph Testa in Wichita, KS.

Carole was a woman of great strength, kindness, and grace. She touched the lives of all who knew her with her generosity, compassion and immense caregiving skills both personally and professionally as a retired occupational therapist. Her love for spending time with her grandchildren, researching health, playing pickleball, sewing, crafting, and maintaining her strong practice of faith was evident to everyone around her.

Family was paramount to Carole Scott. She is survived by her husband John Gary Scott, daughter Mindi Rose (Scott) Knudson, son-in-law Christopher Leonard Knudson and two precious grandchildren, Elsa Rose Knudson and Miles Scott Knudson of Olympia, WA. Carole was also survived by her sister Janice Leitch (Gary) of Wichita, brother, Joseph Testa (Carol) of Olathe, KS, sister Connie Borland (Eric) of Wichita along with many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held in her honor on Saturday June 22, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church 861 N Socora St, Wichita, KS 67212. All who knew Carole are welcome to attend and celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Carole demonstrated a gentle and kind spirit that reached many lives both personally and professionally. She will be deeply missed by all.
