Carol Marie Kisner, 73, of Princeton, KS passed away Tuesday August 20, 2024 at Wheatstate Manor, Whitewater, KS.  She was born October 17, 1950 in Fort Madison IA.  The daughter of William Powers and Mary alpha Cook also the stepdaughter of Thomas Cook.

Carol was a lifelong attendee of the church of the Nazarene and Christian who shared her faith in Jesus with great zeal to anyone who would listen.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents William Powers, Mary alpha Cook, and Thomas Cook.  She was also preceded in death by her sister Judy Powers, brother Mike Cook, as well as son-in-law Howard McMennamy.

Survivors include brother Bruce Cook, Galesburg, IL, sister Michele Cook, Hamilton, IL, daughter Annlea McMennamy, Grand Prairie, TX, son William Kisner his wife Lina, Ward, AR, daughter Carrie Heppler her husband Peter, Princeton, KS, son Joe Powers, Welda, KS

8 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.

She will be cremated and a celebration of life service will be scheduled at a future date in September located in Ottawa, KS
