Cameron Michael Amaya, 24, of Wichita, KS, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2025. He was born February 28, 2000, in Wichita, KS, son of Osman and Holly Amaya.

Cameron graduated from Haysville High School 2018. He was attending WSU Tech for EMT/Paramedic certification. Cameron was an extraordinary individual with an infectious enthusiasm, a heart of gold, and a profound passion for sports and politics. He had a captivating personality and knew how illuminate the room with his beautiful smile and out of pocket conversation. He was driven to create a brighter future for his wife and children through his unwavering dedication to school and work. He was the spark that ignited the party and he embraced life with joy.

He is preceded in death by his grandma, Pamela Gallegos.

Survived by his wife Jasmine Estrada, children Aiyana Amaya , Cameron Amaya Jr.; parents Osman and Holly Amaya; sisters, Alexanndra Hoddy (Justin), Kambree Gallegos (Gage), Emily Amaya; grandpa Billy Gallegos; grandma Laura Amaya; nieces, Stassiana Hoddy and Milania Hoddy. Also survived by his second family, mother in-law, Shanna Combs, Father in-law, Tomas Estrada, brothers-in-law, Elias Combs (Mariah), Donivon Estrada (Marina), Izaias Carson, `Fabian Estrada; sisters-in-law Alexis Estrada (Avery), Avi Estrada, and Yuri Estrada; and nephews Cruzito Combs and Samuel Estrada.

A private celebration of life will be held.
