In loving memory of our dad, Billy Allen Dowell of Wichita, KS passed away peacefully at the age of 71, on Feb.25, 2025. Billy was born on July 9,1953 in Iola, KS. His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Billy stayed strong until the end. He is survived by two daughters Sheila Kirkham & Christina Beshears. Two granddaughters Starla Barnaby & Kayleigh Gorges & a grandson Damon Kirkham. Siblings: Joyce Miksell, Patricia Brustrom, Barbara Reents, Carolyn Goodson, Richard Dowell, Mike Dowell & Tonya Carver. He had 11 nieces & 10 nephews. He is preceded by his parents Toney Dowell & Huleta Dowell, Siblings: Jimmie Dowell, Gene Dowell, Rita Hawkins, & Theresa Dowell.
