Beverly Dale Davis, age 73, was born on November 27, 1950 in Wichita, KS. Daughter of Dale and Margie Jones. She was a 1968 Graduate of Campus High School and earned her Bachelor's Degree from Emporia State in 1990. Her passion for learning never ceased. She was United in Marriage to Robert Davis on March 24, 1970 in El Dorado, KS.
Beverly served as an Instructional Coordinator at Butler Community College until she retired in 2009. She then decided to go back into the educational field by serving as an administrator and trainer at the Wyoming Montana Safety Council at HollyFrontier from 2014 to 2023.
Beverly was a role model to many, including her time serving as a Girl Scout leader during the 70s and 80s. She was an avid Chiefs fan and loved watching every game. Her greatest joy was her family. Her passion for learning led her to uncovering the family's ancestry, and making personal connections with distant relatives from all over the world.
Beverly passed away on December 31st, 2023. She was preceded in death by: parents Dale Jones and Margie Jones Deerfield, Brother David Jones, and Grandson Landen Bowman. Beverly is survived by: Husband Robert Davis of El Dorado, Brother Stuart Jones of Springfield MO, Sister Janet Parson of Newton, Sister-in-law Kay Jones of Broken Arrow OK, Daughter Christie (Bill) Bowman of El Dorado, Daughter Bobbi Eaton of El Dorado, Grandchildren; Samantha Hasting, Marissa Eaton, Kenzee (Kaleb) Ash, and Brayden Bowman, Great Grandchildren; Karsynn, Hayden, and Lilllyana Hasting, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Beverly had a big heart. She will be missed greatly by her family and many friends that enjoyed her warm personality and loving demeanor. Friends may gather with family for a celebration of life on Saturday, January 20th at 1:00 PM, at Cardinal Creek Farm, 396 SW 110th Street, Leon, KS 67074.
