Augusta Ann Olson (Little) left this realm in the early morning hours of Friday, August 15th, 2025 in Wichita, KS. Much like her favorite artist Stevie Nicks, she blazed through life with an ethereal and bohemian presence that captivated those that met her.

She was born on May 24, 1952 in Harrison, AR to Jimmy Sue Cheek and Bobby George McGinnis. Much of her early years were spent living with her grandparents in Pyatt, AR until she came to live in Wichita, KS with her mother and her second husband, William Warren Little, who formally adopted her.

Augusta was rather quiet about her younger years but from what she did tell, it was a wild, nomadic life full of travel and experiences. She married her first husband young at 16 and moved to Oregon. That life didn't agree with her and she made her way down the coast of California, to the Southwest, the coast of Texas and eventually ended up back in Wichita. There she found her soulmate in Roger Ernest Olson. They married August 7th, 1991 in Miami, OK and enjoyed more than 30 years together before he passed away in 2024.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Roger. Surviving are a brother, Roger Little of Dickinson, TX, a daughter, Erica Campbell of Oregon, two sons, Justin Campbell and Derek Campbell, both of Wichita, KS, as well as seven grandchildren and one spoiled little dog, Lily.

Augusta chose cremation and will be taken to Arkansas to rest with her mother in a family plot.
