Obituary

Anthony Ray Parker was born in Wichita, Kansas on March 25,1963 from the union of Robert Parker Jr and Birdean Cooper- Parker. He was the youngest and the twin to his sister, Anita. On the same day of his birth, his mother passed away from complications of their birth. In 1966, the family moved to Detroit, Michigan where Anthony (also called Andy) and his siblings soon became Wards of the State of Michigan. Donell and Pollie Williams took him (and his twin sister) as Foster children, where he thrived and grew-up in their loving family. He graduated from Detroit Chadsey High School in 1981. He soon met and married Maelene Clark, whom he had his first child, Crystal.

Anthony worked various jobs and positions from haircare and hotel clerk, warehouse worker to airplane manufacturing. He had his 2nd child, Shikinah from his next marriage to Yolanda Johnson.

He decided to move back to Wichita where he worked for Cessna and then Koch until his retirement in 2020.

Anthony was a simple man with a happy spirit who didn't curse. He loved family, friends and especially going to casinos. He loved watching comedies and sports and wore the Detroit Lions merchandise clothing day and night.
